Cookie Policy
Effective from 25 September 2026
1. Who uses cookies
The website www.zaripovpartners.cz is operated by Zaripov & Partners s.r.o., advokátní kancelář (law firm), Company ID (IČO) 080 08 647, registered office at Václavské náměstí 775/8, 110 00 Prague 1 (the “firm”, “we” or “us”). This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on the website and how you can manage your consent. Information on other processing of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser or device. They make it possible, for example, to remember your chosen language or your cookie consent choice, or to measure traffic and the effectiveness of advertising.
3. Legal basis
Under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, as amended with effect from 1 January 2022, we may store cookies on your device or access them only with your prior consent. The exception is cookies necessary for transmitting a communication or for providing a service you have explicitly requested (technical cookies).
- Necessary (technical) cookies are used without consent, as the website cannot function properly without them.
- Functional, analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
4. Managing your consent
On your first visit, a cookie banner (CookieYes) appears, where you can accept or reject cookies or select individual categories. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Google tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) are integrated with Google Consent Mode v2. Google analytics and advertising cookies are stored, and data is transmitted for analytics and advertising measurement purposes, only after you have given your consent.

6. Cookieless analytics
For basic visit statistics we use Umami. Umami does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. It provides us only with aggregated, anonymised visit statistics. The tool is operated for us by our processor.
7. Server-side events
Some Google Analytics 4 events (for example, submission of the contact form) may be sent directly from our server via the Measurement Protocol. This happens only for visitors who have consented to analytics cookies.
8. Google Maps
A Google map is embedded on our Contacts page. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies. The map is loaded under Google’s terms, and the processing of data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
9. Transfers to the USA
When Google tools are used, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Transfers are based on Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 on the adequate level of protection of personal data (Article 45 GDPR).
10. Cookies for website administrators
WordPress sets technical cookies only for logged-in website administrators. They are not set for regular visitors.
11. Browser settings
You can also delete cookies or restrict their storage at any time in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the website may not work properly.
12. Contact
